Swimming with Asthma
There have been conflicting research reports regarding the possibility that people who swim regularly or work in swimming pools, which use chlorine for disinfection purposes, may be more susceptible to asthma than the general population.  The Amateur Swimming Association have now published Guidance for pool users who have asthma

County Squads

There are three squads in Sussex; development, junior and senior. The structure is designed to recognise and support our most talented swimmers and provides them with opportunities to train together as well as making a link between club and regional/national squad training or camps.

 

Our education programme is designed to equip swimmers, coaches and parents with the skills needed to succeed at the highest level of competition.
