Development camp dates for the diary
The second camp for the Development Pathway will take place on 26th October at Windlesham House School.
This will be a half day camp starting finishing round 2:30pm.
Details will be sent directly to parents who have registered and provided their contact details.

October camp
Our October camp will be hosted by Windlesham School on 26th October 2024.
December camp
Our December camp will take place on Saturday 14th December 2024.
2024/2025 Squad selection criteria:
Swimmers will be selected for the 2024/2025 Sussex Develop Pathway Programme on the basis of performance at the 2024 County Championships and Age Group Competition.
- The top 12 swimmers from all events, identified using World Aquatic points, in each age group (10yrs, 11yrs and 12yrs) and gender will gain automatic qualification.
- The selectors; County Coach, Team Manager and Programme Lead, reserve the right to invite any other swimmer they feel could attain the standard of performance required.
Leadership
Delivery of the programme will be through:
- Programme lead – Brian DeVal
- Head Coach – Lisa Chapman (Hastings Seagull SC)
- Lisa will be supported by lane skills coaches in the pool, specialist conditioning and strength coach and specialist workshop lead
