(Condition 4.2)
A request for refund of fees for illness or injury, must use the form provided on the website and be returned to the address provided no later than 18:00hrs on the day prior to the competition.
Withdrawals after the closing date may only receive a refund if the swimmer is unable to swim on medical grounds through injury or illness.
A medical certificate or other proof of the injury or illness must be supplied. All refunds must be approved by the Event Manager.
Requests for refunds will not be considered under any other circumstances.
