The Sussex team will be travelling together over the weekend of Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October to Sheffield and returning home on Sunday after the competition.

Our journey up will include a refreshment break and a training session at Loughborough Pool. The return journey will include a refreshment break. We will be providing fruit and nutrition bars on the journey. It would be very helpful if you could provide your swimmer with some nutritional snacks for the journey and also some money to buy food on the return trip.

The squad will be eating together at Zizzi in Leopold Square on the evening of Saturday 3rd October. Additional salads, breads and soft drinks will provided on the table. If you need additional information about the menu please use the link above.
