Club delegate nomination

The role of the club delegates is to vote on behalf of the club for officers, committee members, and changes to regulations.

Every club affiliated to Sussex County ASA is entitled to nominate club delegates to the Annual Council Meeting.

The number of delegates allowed for each club is determined by regulation 9 b) and is dependent on the size of membership of the club as follows:
