Conditions for a refund
5.Withdrawals after the closing date may only receive a refund if the swimmer is unable to swim on medical grounds and provides evidence of injury or illness. All refunds must be approved by the Event Manager.
5.1.1 A request for refund of fees for other illness or injury, must use the form provided on the website and be returned to the address provided no later than 18:00hrs on the Thursday before the competition date. Late requests will not be considered.
5.1.2 Requests for refunds will not be considered under any other circumstances.
