Conditions for a refund:
5.1 Withdrawals after the closing date may only receive a refund if the swimmer is unable to swim on medical grounds through injury or illness. (This includes a positive COVID test within 7 days of the competition or a requirement to self-isolate). All refunds must be approved by the Event Manager.
5.1.1 Swimmers failing a PCR/lateral flow test within 7 days of the event or presenting on the day with a high temperature will be allowed a full refund subject to completion of the form provided.
5.1.2 A request for refund of fees for other illness or injury, must use the form provided on the website and be returned to the address provided no later than 18:00hrs on Friday 18th October 2024. Late requests will not be considered.
5.1.3 Requests for refunds will not be considered under any other circumstances.
