There are nine categories of Awards and nominations can be made by club members for members of their club, their teacher or coach and for the club its self in the Club of the Year category. There is also a special category for someone or group that represent the Spirit of Sport.
Nominations for some categories will be submitted to clubs to verify that the person nominated is a member of the club and that the club supports the nomination.
Please make sure your have read the criteria for each award category and provide as much information as possible so that we can really understand why you feel this nomination is important. Make sure you include the full name of any individual you are nominating.
You have 2,000 characters to make your nominations (around 350 words).
