The county organisation is lead by the President and managed through a committee structure, lead by the Chairman and Management Committee. Technical committees organise competitions and training for each of the swimming disciplines. The General Purposes committee oversees governance.
The President, Vice President, Chairman, Hon Treasurer, Hon Secretary and Hon Development Manager are ex officio members of all technical committees. The Welfare Officer may attend and address any meetings they choose but may not vote.
Diving Committee: made up of representatives from all clubs with diving sections.
Water Polo Committee: made up of representatives from all clubs with water polo sections.
Artistic Swimming Committee: made up of representatives from all clubs with artistic swimming sections.
Our Awards Manager supports all disciplines but is not a member of any committee.
